Ethan has written and composed seven musicals, two percussion shows and scored two dance productions. He regularly works as a writing team with songwriter and lyricist Jenna Donnelly to craft musicals from original stories. Their musical The Battle of Boat is published by Theatrical Rights Worldwide and has so far, enjoyed thirty six productions all over the world. In 2022, Ethan composed the score for Peter Schaufuss and Ian McKellen's production of Hamlet for the Edinburgh Festival Ballet.
